2,000 m2 Monarplan, Thermazone, Vapour Control Layer

McCormick Flat Roofing Limited undertook this job to a prestigious private girls school in Hammersmith using Icopal Monarplan, Vapour Control Layer, Thermazone Insulation and mechanically fixed Monarplan Single Ply Membrane, we also used the Icopal Icosun Solar Panel Posts including Coated Trims at Parapets.

McCormick undertook all the roofs, carpentry and metal deck in D60 Tata Steel Sheets.

Additional information

The job commenced December 2014 and was complete for Easter 2015.  McCormick since completing this Project have secured a number of various other jobs for the client Knight Harwood as they were very impressed with McCormick’s “can do” attitude.  The school was fully occupied during the works and there were many various interfaces with other trades mainly M&E solar panel operatives and lightning conductor installations McCormick undertook all builderswork related items to the roof and still completed on time.
